This is my to go place for pizza in Yuma. There was a mix up with my order and it was delayed today. The owner, Virgil, came out to my car and showed great customer service and communication skills. What could have been a frustrating situation turned out to be a pleasant one.

I am very confused by Domino's and the difference between the store and on line services. Apparently they are 2 different things. I have had at least 3 different issues with in internet services and phone contact. If you have any difficulty placing an order online and call the store to order, they cannot accommodate your order. I was just told that they could not get me the special that is all over the TV with 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and drink for 19.99 if I called the store and that it had to be done online. I explained the situation with the wifi being out and unable to place the order that way so wanted to call to get the order. They stated that it has to be done on line as they don't carry that in the store?
They have lost several orders from me and can imagine there has to be more people out there. Domino's is lossing business over this issue. One being their computer glitch of not accepting our address for delivery but regularly delivery here to our RV park and don't allow any pick up after 10 pm. They didn't even have any suggestions on how to get the order completed or acted like they cared if we ordered or not.
I worked for Domino's years ago and they use to be very customer oriented and would accommodate for some issues. Maybe it's the difference between corporate and privately owned stores?
Has anyone's else has issues with this? Not everyone lives where there is reliable cell or wireless systems available.
